As the Director of Operations Administration for Methuen Construction, Michelle’s role is multifaceted from resource and platform management, process improvement analysis, implementation, and training, to contract, risk, and legal management. Her education and training background encompasses work experience with over 18 years in the construction industry, work study programs, industry specific practicum and management trainings, and a paralegal studies degree with over 6 years’ experience working for law firms.
Michelle has been an active supporter of NAWIC since 2016, but joined NAWIC in 2023 as an individual member. She is passionate about growing women in construction, developing leadership skills, and suppoitng workforce development across the industry. She feels she can make a solid contribuiton to the continued progress and success of this NAWIC chapter and network.
Michelle lives in Derry, NH with her husband, Joe, and their two children (Son, Angelo 23 and Daughter, Alyssa 16). She is an avid reader, music buff, and nature lover. She spends all her free ime with family and close friends enjoying the simpler things in life.
